The Mechanical Engineering Department UG Program is closed for the academic year 2020-21. But presently B.Tech- Mechanical Engineering II, III & IV year are running.
Undergraduate Program
The Department offers the Mechanical Engineering program for B.Tech Students and it was initiated in the year 2009 with an intake of 60 students subsequently in the year 2013 the intake has been increased from 60 to 120 students. B. Tech Mechanical Engineering intake from 120 to 0 (Closed) for the academic year 2020 – 2021..
Mechanical Engineering is very important and the key in various applications in Designing, Physical Science, Building Arithmetic and Materials Science principles to Configuration, Investigate, Make and Keep up Mechanical Frameworks. It is one of the most established and broadest of the Designing Tools and orders.

The Mechanical Engineering field requires a comprehension of center zones including Mechanics, Elements, Thermodynamics, Materials Science, Auxiliary Analysis and Power. Not with standing these center standards, Mechanical Specialists use Devices, for example PC supported Structure (CAD), PC helped Fabricating (CAM) and Productive component life cycle to structure and break down Assembling Plants, Modern Hardware and Apparatus, Warming & Cooling Frameworks, Transport Frameworks, Airship, Watercraft, Apply Autonomy, Medicinal Gadgets, Weapons and others. It is integrated in different parts of the building that includes the Structure, Generation and Activity of Hardware.
