Transport Cell

Responsible for arrangement of transport for students and staff from College to City & vice versa
Responsible for periodical maintenance of all the buses and in case of any major repair should report to the Principal immediately.
Responsible for a periodical check of the log books maintained by the drivers.
Arranges for an agreement with Transport Company for additional buses if required.
Arranges for the transport for the students and staff for any educational tour, visit for sports competition.
Responsible for time management of buses.
Our college buses cover every nook and corner of Hyderabad city and suburbs so students staying near the college bus routes are not considered for hostel accommodation.
All the day scholars and staff members should come to college by the college bus with proper discipline only.
All day scholars should board only the college buses which are allotted to them with proper dress code and wearing their ID card before boarding the bus and till getting out of the bus in the evening. They are not allowed to board any bus other than the one which is allotted to them.
Bus in-charges should keep the name list of the staff and students boarding the bus and note the attendance of the staff and students boarding the bus for which he / she is in-charge in the morning and evening regularly.
Staff members and students are strictly not allowed to use any electronic gadgets like cell phones, i pods, MP3 players, cameras, etc. inside the buses.

Collection of data from each department regarding student who are coming by bus (ECE, CSE, MECH, CIVIL, H&S).
Collection of data from account section.
Maintaining all bus documents.

Maintain students list each year.
Maintaining Drivers details and mobile numbers.
Maintaining the Bus regular pollution checkups and servicing dates.
Maintaining the department data and updating faculty details who are travelling in college bus.

To help the faculty members for collecting data of the students who travelling in different college buses from different stages.
To fallow up the students data and stages of there pickups given by the coordinator and faculty member of the committee.
To help the coordinator and faculty member in improving new routs for new busses.
