Dr. Dayadi Lakshmaiah, professor & HOD of Electronics and Communication Engineering is currently working with Sri Indu Institute of Engineering and Technology, Hyderabad, India. He obtained his Doctoral degree from JNTUK, Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. He studied M. Tech from JNTU, Anantapur campus, Andhra Pradesh. He received his B. Tech from National Institute of Technology, Warangal (RECW). Previously, he rendered his services as HOD and Professor in various Engineering colleges in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. He has 18 years of experience in teaching and industry. He has published about 45 technical research papers in national, international journals, SCI, Springer, Elsevier, Scopus Journals and presented many papers in international conferences. His interesting areas and subjects are Low Power VLSI, Digital Electronics, Electronics and Devices Circuits, Analog Electronics, Linear IC Applications, Analog CMOS Circuits, Digital system design. He has also authored Analog and Pulse Circuits, Low Power CMOS circuits through Threshold Voltage Techniques and the present book entitled “Basic VLSI and CMOS circuits” is under the process of publication.
