About Department of Diploma in Computer Engineering
The Diploma in Computer Engineering aims to provide a basic foundation and knowledge in the field of Computer Engineering through a combination of theory as well as intense practical training. The student is gradually inducted into the exciting world with computer technology and innovative ideas. The DCME course was Established in the year 2014 with intake of 60 students.
The DCME course framed with latest computer subjects like Programming in C, Data Structures through C++, Java, .NET, Microprocessors, Basic and advanced Programming skills, Web Designing, Data Communication and networking, Software Engineering, Operating Systems etc. are some of the main subjects taught in the six Semesters of the 3 year courses which culminates with industrial visits, industrial training and Project work.
This department is provided with State-Of-Art Computer Lab facility in which students can attend practical sessions for programming and software development. To impart moral and ethical values, and interpersonal skills to the students. With the help of our experienced and dedicated team of faculty, we put best efforts to help our students to achieve their goals.
In order to achieve this milestone, we motivate and shape students in all quality aspects by conducting active seminar sessions and group discussions which improves the learning ability.
